After winning the third with Vicangelome Robert Tyner doubled-up in the Stena Line Horizon Beginners Chase as his Concordin landed the spoils under Mark Walsh.
Off the track for nearly two years, the eight-year-old son of Gold Well returned to action at Punchestown in January of this year.
He fell on that occasion, pulling up on his next start at Navan before finishing a more encouraging fourth on his most recent outing at Cork last month.
Sent off a 7/2 chance this evening he was settled behind the leaders and was second entering the straight for the final time.
He came through to lead at the second last and kept on well under pressure on the run-in, going on to score by two and a quarter lengths. Lisclogher Lad (3/1) ran on to take second under Stephen Gray for Sean Walsh, while the 7/4 favourite Vercingetorix could only manage a disappointing fourth after he led into the straight.
Robert Tyner said afterwards: "I like this place going this way around! I suppose we had a good few winners going the other way too but it's definitely a better track going this way really.
"It turned into a bit of a flat race really but he got through it anyway. He had a right look at the second last but he did it well enough and got through the ground.
"He was off for a while with a setback which was a pity. He will probably go handicapping now. It was a handy race to win."
The two fences up the back straight were omitted in this race due to ground conditions.
