Totally Devoted wins Killarney opener
Team Ballydoyle gained a tiny measure of compensation for their failure to defeat Sea The Stars at York, when they landed the opening William O'Carroll Memorial Maiden at Killarney today, with Totally Devoted
Ridden by Sean Levey, the daughter of Seeking The Gold chased the leaders, before eventually moving through to lead under two furlongs out, staying on well for a length and a quarter success over Ceannline
Trainer Aidan O'Brien was at York but his wife Annemarie O'Brien did briefly say that Totally Devoted “may now be aimed at gaining some Black-type.”
