The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Immediate Response ridden by Mr David Thomas placed 4th and No Pasa Nada ridden by Paul Carberry placed 5th, where it appeared Paul Carberry had to check and stop riding.

Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.

Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence, The Stewards were of the opinion that Mr David Thomas had ridden carelessly and suspended him for one raceday.
