Third time lucky for Atacx
Atacx beats Legal Peace at Navan

Atacx the odds-on favourite, got the job done on outing number three when landing the Irish Racing Calendar Maiden under Wayne Lordan at Navan.
The experienced Legal Peace kept Atacx (led two furlongs out) up to his work inside the final furlong but there was a length and a quarter between them at the line. It was all of fifteen lengths back to the third placed Dancingwithangels (reared up leaving the stalls) with the gambled-on newcomer Beat The Stars (12s into 11/2 on track) having to settle for fourth place.
Tommy Stack trains Atacx for the JSC Kasandros Grupe and his son Fozzy said: "He's not a horse that does a whole pile in front at home.
"He's had three quick runs now so we'll give him a month or so off.
"He should probably get seven furlongs. Wayne said that the ground there is not that bad but the head-wind is making it very tough." (AM & EM)
