Tell Us More is an impressive winner of the bumper

Tell Us More had a big reputation, not to mention a huge price tag, to justify in the bumper and the Scorpion gelding could not have done it in better style.
Bought by Gigginstown House Stud for £290,000 at Brightwells just after winning a Tattersalls Farm point-to-point for Willie Codd in December, he was sent off the 8/11 favourite.
Patrick Mullins elected to send him to the front before halfway, and the five-year-old gelding took total control inside the final quarter mile.
He galloped on strongly to beat Grand Isola by a facile 12 lengths, with Cooladerry King back in third.
Winning trainer Willie Mullins said, “Normally with a horse like this you would wait until the autumn but we will see if there is something similar for him.
“He won nicely and to change yards and do that was very impressive. There was lots of talk about him at the sales and I was pleased to get him.”
