Mother-son combination Mags and Danny Mullins landed the opening www.tramore-racecourse.com Maiden Hurdle at Tramore today with Stormy Oscar
Mullins Jnr moved the son of Oscar to the front three out and, while well clear entering the straight, tired on the run-in and was all out to hold the challenge of Cool Klan close home.
Afterwards Mags Mullins stated “Danny took the bulls by the horns today and that final 100 yards felt like a long time! Stormy Oscar is a genuine little devil though!
“He looked like he was going to be a right horse early in his bumper days and would be a lovely horse for England, around those tight little tracks.
