My Eyes Adore You opened her account with a gutsy success in the six-furlong fillies maiden at the Curragh, giving trainer Fozzy Stack a double on the card.
Andy Slattery produced the Profitable filly to challenge at the furlong marker and she got the better of Aratori in the closing stages to post a neck success.
The 4/1 winner had faded late on when ridden more prominently at Naas on her handicap debut earlier in the month.
“She was a bit disappointing early in the year, I've always had quite a high opinion of her,” said Stack, who had also struck with Papilio in the opener.
“She had a very good first run behind Markaz Paname in Cork and it's been a bit downhill since but hopefully she's back on track.
“Maybe we might have ridden her a bit wrong the last day too, we let her bowl along and it might have been the wrong thing to do.
“I always thought she might be a stakes filly but she's a long way away from that at the minute.
“I probably shouldn't have run her back here last year after Cork as she was a big weak mare.
“In the spring she was working well but maybe took time to come to herself.”
