Spinning backs to winning ways
Tom Hogan recorded his first win since last January when Spinning Wings made virtually all to win the Listowel Racecourse Handicap at Listowel racecourse today, under Ben Curtis.
The daughter of Spinning World stayed on well in the straight for a three and a half lengths win and Hogan later reported “Spinning Wings can be a tricky filly but today’s small field suited as she was able to dictate things from the front. Ben gave her a good ride and kicked at the right time.”
