Slievecorragh wins for Flood/Walsh
Trainer Francis Flood registered his tenth winner of the season when his Slievecorragh under stable jockey Mark Walsh, landed the Jigginstown Hurdle at Naas today.
The blinkered son of Celtic Swing made most of the running before recording a four lengths win over Maca Rince
Afterwards Fran Flood Jnr reported “Slievecorragh has worn blinkers on his last few starts and they have brightened him up a lot. He is an improving sort and has strengthened up too.”
