Shake has most Bottle
On his second start over fences, point-to-point winner, Shake The Bottle (14s into 9s), under Martin Ferris, got the job done by one and three parts of a length from Got The Urge in the Cashel Beginners Chase.
Welsh Lion is the sire of this fellow and he sired his first winner on the racecourse proper when Final Question scored at Limerick's Christmas Festival. He stands with the Sheahans in Killarney.
Winning trainer, Michael Winters said: "He was rated 99 over hurdles after a good run at Listowel and he was only dropped 4Ibs in the handicap over six months and we were tempted to take him out of training. His owner, Liam Sheahan is a chemist in Killarney." (EM)
