Second hurdle win in four days for Bolger

Enda Bolger is better known as a trainer of chasers and banks but recorded his second hurdle winner in four days when his Drawn N Drank landed the Happy New Year From Limerick Racecourse Hurdle at Limerick today.
Ridden by Martin Ferris, who partnered the gelding to his win at Navan previously, Drawn N Drank ran on well from the last to record an 11 lengths win over The Shoe Doctor
Bolger later stated “he did it well and was going away at the finish. It'd be wise to keep him over hurdles until next summer. We knew he'd stay the trip as he won over a long trip on heavy ground at Navan – he'll get the La Touche (Cup) trip in time!”
