Rosscarbery made a winning start to life with Paddy Twomey in the mile maiden at Dundalk.
The well-backed 11/10 favourite made all under Billy Lee and, despite edging right in the final furlong, was much too good for her rivals.
She sailed in by four and a quarter lengths from Maristella (11/2). Cristal Clere was another three parts of a length back in third at 17/2.
Twomey said: "She is a nice filly who had shown very good form last year for John Murphy.
"We've had her since last year and she is just running to the level she ran to before and I'm very happy with her.
"I haven't thought past today (regarding the trip), it is nice that she is a well-bred filly and a winner now."
Rosscarbery dropped back to a mile to get off the mark. She was placed four times for Murphy.
