Ger O'Leary's Real Force put in a professional display to land the median auction race in Tipperary at 5/2.
He raced third behind Aztec Parade and a hard at work Comfort Line at the three pole in this extended seven furlong contest.
Comfort Line was cooked turning in as Real Force moved into a threatening second behind Aztec Parade.
Real Force took aim at the leader and overwhelmed him over a furlong out. He powered home and was eased down close home to win by two and three quarter lengths.
Aztec Parade, the 11/10 favourite, could make no headway in the final furlong and finished second.
Chris Hayes said: "He used to be a little boisterous and aggressive, but the lads have done a very good job with him and he is starting to settle now.
"I think he will get further and I think next year could be an even better year for him, and he could be competing in the Gladness and that sort of level; I think he is a nice horse."
Assistant trainer Adrian Joyce said: "He is an exciting horse - none of his runs since he started are bad runs, they have all been consistent runs.
"He's older and more mature and he is starting to stay.
"I'll talk to Ger and we'll sit down and have a look - there's a nice race coming up on the 23rd in Naas, a Listed race for non Group-winning horses over seven furlongs so that could be a race we look at."
