Raise The Beat impresses in the bumper
Colm Murphy's Raise The Beat landed the Naas bumper under a confident ride from Mikey Fogarty to beat Willie Mullins' Dynamic Approach by two lengths at odds of 7/1.
Murphy was in Cork seeing his Captain Paulie land the bumper there. Murphy said: "Raise The Beat is a fair horse. He was immature first time out but won like the horse we thought he was the second day and has won well today."
"He is a big raw horse so we will probably put him away for the winners bumper at Leopardstown at Christmas." Another Chieftain was four lengths back in third with five lengths back to Somethingdifferent in fourth. Lord Rory who was nibbled at during the day from 10/1 to 7/1 finished last.
