Priomhbean is first lady in Leopardstown's last
The concluding race on Champion Stakes Day at Leopardstown, the Stepaside Handicap, went to the Jim Bolger trained 5/2f Priomhbean, under Kevin Manning.
The daughter of Galileo was under pressure four furlongs out but stayed on gamely to eventually edge her head in front close home for a half length win over Sean Og Coulston
Afterwards Bolger stated “Priomhbean appreciated the trip today, is very tough and doesn’t know when she’s beaten!”
