Prince Jock wins again
Prince Jock followed up on his recent win at Ballinrobe when taking the Easy Clean Ltd Handicap for trainer Tracey Collins.
Pat Shanahan who took the riding honours hit the front with a furlong and a half to go but had to work hard close home to hold off the fast finishing Indus Valley and Declan McDonogh.
A delighted Collins said afterwards: “We’re delighted he won, it was very competitive handicap and they all had their chance but thankfully our fellow got his head in front.”
“He’s big hardy fellow, he’s big horse and he’s still growing.”
