Power completes double on Glendine

Robbie Power notched a double when producing Glendine Lady with a well-timed run to claim the Fairyhouseracecourse.ie Handicap Hurdle.

The JR Phelan-trained mare took closer order before the straight and was produced to challenge at the second last.

She soon led but had to find plenty of the run-in to hold the renewed challenge of Florimund by a length-and-a-half.

Power had struck earlier in the opening maiden hurdle when Saludos made all.
