The grey Pique Sous took the last at Bellewstown, the McLoughlin Oil Flat Race, in the manner a 1/3 chance should under Patrick Mullins for his father Willie.

Last time out he again finished third in the bumper run at the Curragh in May behind the promising Bouillabaisse.
After tracking the leaders for much of race this evening, he took up the lead a furlong from home and eased clear going on to win by an unextended three and a quarter lengths.
Newcomer Glenconkeyne ran well to take second at 14/1 for James Carroll and Mervyn Torrens while the Stephen Mahon trained newcomer Pyrus Gold Wind was a further three lengths back in third at 25/1.
Winning rider Patrick Mullins said afterwards: "He did exactly what we thought he would do. His class got him through and he is really a good ground horse.
"He has got loads of speed and he is probably a Supreme Novices' horse. The sky’s the limit for him."
Bookmakers Stan James having introduced the winner at 25/1 for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival next year.
