Patsio caused a 20/1 upset to win the Mr. Binman Handicap Chase at Limerick today, ending a two and a half year gap 'between drinks' to win for trainer Shay Barry.
The son of Moscow Society was previously successful at Tramore in May 2015 but was today ending a 21 run losing spell, when scoring a hard fought win, under Kevin Sexton.
The race featured a dramatic four-horse pile-up at the third last fence as leader Hand Of The King fell and brought down Captain Bizarro Tongie and Jonathan Wild
Barry was on lead up duties, but Sexton later admitted “we were lucky not to be brought down at the third last but he jumped and travelled great and thankfully it worked out for him.”
