Pathfork made it two from two when winning the Galileo EBF Futurity Group 2 stakes for trainer Jessie Harrington.

Fran Berry who took the riding honours produced the Distorted Humor colt to lead from under two furlongs out and kept on well to score by a length and a half.

A delighted Harrington said afterwards: “He just jumped out and got a great position, Fran said he was always cruising.”

“He’s such a laid back horse, he’s brilliant with an amazing temperament. Fran said he was only getting going at the end.”

“We’ll discuss with the owners as regards future plans for him.”

Ladbrokes have made Pathfork a 14/1 shot for the 2000 Guineas.
