Locally based Bansha trainer David Marnane recorded his 15th winner of the year when his Partner under Colm O’Donoghue, justified 11/4 favouritism when winning the Clanwilliam RFC Raceday Handicap at Tipperary today.

Afterwards Marnane stated “Partner was in front for too long the last day and was unlucky. He’s declared to run at The Curragh on Sunday but we’ll have to see how he comes out of this before running him.”
