Trainer Jessica Harrington and owners Con and Theresa Marnane combined to win with another Royal Ascot-bound juvenile today, landing Tipperary's Irish EBF Median Sires Series Race with Supersonic Man (100/30).

Ridden by Shane Foley, Supersonic Man scooted home to beat Tiger Belle by a length and a half, adding connections' Group 3 success with Givemethebeatboys at the Curragh on Saturday.

Kate Harrington today reported “we’ll be going to the Windsor Castle (Ascot) and Con said to enter him (Supersonic Man) in the Norfolk as well, but I think we’ll go to the Windsor Castle.

"He is a busy horse and was green through the middle part of the race so will improve plenty for that run. We ran him in Naas and he jumped and we let him relax that day. He had a good blow and has come on a tonne for it.”

“I actually did like seeing him being a bit green through the middle part today because he hit the line really, really well. There’s plenty of improvement in him. He’s a lovely, big, strong horse.”

Owners Marnanes enjoyed Royal Ascot juvenile success with Different League in the 2017 Albany Stakes and Harrington added “Con, Amy and Olivia (Marnane) are a great team, and this horse had galloped here a few times through the winter, so he knew the way home, and knew where the stable yard was.

“Givemethebeatboys was exceptional at the weekend (winning the Marble Hill Stakes) and we have three more left to run for connections but, so far, it’s two runners, two winners and both are bound for Ascot.”
