Mullins records double
The Willie Mullins trained J'y Vole ran out an easy 14 length victory of The Ulster Bank Handicap Chase Grade B under champion jockey Ruby Walsh making it a double on the day for the trainer.
Mullins said afterwards, "We decided to bring her back to 2 ? miles today and the soft ground was a help. There is not much coming up for her here in Ireland so we might go to Auteuil in France and run her either a 2 mile 5f Grade 3 Hurdle or bring her chasing."
Mullins' other double came with The Midnight Club when he landed the Madra Dog Food 21st Anniversary Novice Hurdle.
