Mullins & Walsh in double form
Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh were continuing their good run when the pair recorded a double after winning The I.N.H Stallion Owners EBF Novice Handicap Hurdle with 5/1 favourite Uimhiraceathair for owners The Full House Syndicate.
Mullins commented afterwards, "I'm delighted with that, we have obviously been running him on the wrong ground all year. His pedigree suggests he's a soft ground horse but a combination of the trip and the ground brought out the best in him today. Ruby gave him a very brave ride sitting so far off the pace and he was lucky to avoid the horse that slipped up before the turn in. I'm really looking forward to go novice chasing with him next year."
