Marnane and O'Donoghue strike again
David Marnane was continuing his good run when Dandy Boy came home in front of The Ratoath Maiden under Colm O’Donoghue in the colours of Malih Lahej Al Basti.
Winning trainer Marnane said afterwards, “That was a nice change in luck for the owner as his horse Angel’s Pursuit was unlucky in running at Royal Ascot yesterday, I’m delighted he won for him as he’s a close friend of the family. He’s a nice horse who keeps improving all of the time and hopefully he’ll come on from the win.”
