Mangan Dreaming as double landed
Ever Dreaming got back up in the shadow of the post to claim a dramatic victory in the second division of the Beamish Raceday Handicap Hurdle at Ballinrobe.
It was a double for trainer/jockey combination John Morrison and Paddy Mangan, who had struck in the first with Much Acclaimed
Ever Dreaming looked booked for second as Young Patriarch swept past on the home bend.
Mangan got a great tune from his mount on the run-in, however, flying home to pip that rival on the line by a head.
"She's a mare that's always in season and she's just coming around again," revealed trainer's representative Darren Pratt.
"She had run three weeks in a row but prior to that she had the form to win this."
