The John Joe Walsh-trained Princess Mahler rallied after a mistake at the last to land the mares handicap hurdle at Limerick.
Rachael Blackmore produced her mount to lead at the second last but the 3/1 shot dived at the last a bit.
She recovered to hold the renewed challenge of Bracklin Princess on the run-in and record a length-and-a-quarter success.
The winner had shown improved form when chasing home Seskin Flyer at Tramore back in December.
"She is a nice mare and did well in that ground as she was stuck in it a bit jumping,” said Walsh.
"She was unlucky at Tramore and it's great to win for the syndicate as they have had a great bit of patience to wait for this. She's not a very big mare and will be grand for those races for the summer."
