Lovett left clear to win in style

Mrs Lovett came home a clear cut winner in an incident packed contest for the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Chase.
The Gordon Elliott-trained filly travelled well behind the leaders in the two-mile-six contest before Jack Kennedy asked the 15/8 shot to hit the lead turning for home.
6/4 market leader Dawn Shadow crashed out at the penultimate fence when under pressure in fourth.
Mrs Lovett asserted before the last and was was left clear at the final fence when Nellie Pledge crashed out and slightly hampered Sweet Destination
Kennedy said afterwards:- "She travelled and jumped and did it very well. That ground suited her."
