- Load now 3 from 3 over fences
Load now 3 from 3 over fences
Loosen My Load made it three from three over fences by justifying odds of 1/4 in the Buck House Novice Steeplechase under Andrew Lynch at Punchestown.
Left in front when Strongpoint unseated Andrew Tinkler at the third, Loosen My Load had company for some of the latter stages as Darceys Dancer laid down his claim. However Henry de Bromhead's exciting prospect was ridden clear from the last and at the line he had the persistent Darceys Dancer two and a half lengths in arrears. There was a nineteen length gap back to the only other finisher Norther Bay
De Bromhead said: "That was great and I'm delighted with him. He jumped great and Andrew said he'll improve again as he took a little blow turning in.
"He'll go for the two miler in Cheltenham in November or here on the same day. He'd be a horse that you'd follow good ground with so you'd imagine you'd get that at Cheltenham."
Sean Graham make Loosen My Load a 14/1 chance for the Arkle Chase 2011.
