Leopardstown Goes Ahead Without Duke
Leopardstown passed an early morning inspection and will go ahead as planned with the first race at 1.40pm.
The ground is not as bad as had been feared. It is described as yielding, yielding to soft in places and a dry day is expected.
Unfortunately Duke Of Marmalade will not make the line-up for the big race, the Tattersalls Million Irish Champion Stakes, leaving the way for Epsom Derby winner New Approach to get back to winning ways.
