Laytown market movers
James Lambe’s Richelieu has attracted solid support (4/1 – 3/1) in today’s Balmarino Handicap at Laytown today, the opening race of the beach’s annual day’s racing.
Gordon Elliott’s Grand Opera is the best backed horse of the day (13/2 – 7/2 ) while Dermot Weld’s Northern Rocked (11/4 -9/4) is the solid favourite for the seven furlongs maiden, under Jockey Championship leader Pat Smullen.
