Latham Doubles Up in Finale
Keagan Latham, earlier successful on Liberty Island and third on his other mount Lilly Be completed a double on Dunne Grand for his boss Ger Lyons in the Tote Ireland Maiden.
This chestnut daughter of Grand Slam is an American-bred and she was breaking her maiden at the sixth attempt going clear in the final furlong to account for Dooie Dancer by a comfortable four and a half lengths.
Shane, brother of the winning handler, said: "She did it well and she deserved it. She is owned by an enthusiastic syndicate from North Dublin and this is their first winner."
