Lady spreads the love around
Strandfield Lady beats Hes Our Music at Ballinrobe

Strandfield Lady s love for Leopardstown is well documented at this stage. This evening the likeable Pairumani Star mare, now an eight-year-old, gained her first victory away from the aforementioned Dublin venue, or indeed Dundalk, when making it career win ten, in the €3,000 Tote Jackpot Guarantee Rated Race at Ballinrobe.
Again Connor King's talents were advertised here, delivering Strandfield Lady with perfect timing inside the last, to defeat main market rival, the favourite Hes Our Music by three parts of a length.
Harry Rogers trains Pairumani Star and he reasoned: "She deserved it as she'd been running well.
"The race just suited her and the young lad was very good on her. He didn't touch her with the stick.
"She's in again at Down Royal on Friday but she'll hardly go there.
"We'll see how she is. She'll likely go for a conditions race over a mile and six on the Friday of Galway.
"She stays any trip." (DM & EM)
