Lad survives blunder to score
Oola Lad survived a last fence blunder to claim the Kentz Group Handicap Chase at Clonmel.
Edward O'Grady 's charge was clear going to the final fence only to make a mess off it.
Patrick Mangan got him going again on the run-in to hold the charge of Old Hall by a length.
"He gets a medal for perseverance anyway as that's the first chase he's won," said O'Grady afterwards.
