Strong Johnson supplemented his Tipperary success in the Mongey Communications Handicap at the Curragh.
The in-form sprinter was always to the fore in this five-furlong dash and got the measure of Jungle Jane approaching the final furlong.
The five-year-old gelding was there to be shot at but found plenty when he came under Colin Keane's whip.
He passed the post half a length to the good at 'Burlington Bertie 100/30' from 3/1 favourite Pretty Boy Floyd who finished well.
This gave jockey Keane a quick-fire double as he also took the opener on Head Mistress
Trainer Homer Scott said: “He’s so fast — he just jumps and goes. He could go for the Abbaye.”
This was Strong Johnson's fifth career success including three victories at Headquarters.
