Jupiter too good for Limerick opposition
Three times a winner on the level cross-channel, Sounds Of Jupiter made it third time lucky over flights when justifying odds of 2/5 in the www.limerickraces.ie Maiden Hurdle.
Paul Townend was always looking confident in the Gigginstown House Stud silks and in truth the Galileo gelding won more snugly than the three parts of a length verdict over Ned Of The Hill would suggest.
Winning trainer, Charles Byrnes commented: "He didn't have that much to spare at the end of the day. He ran a bit free though and I'd suppose he'll go for a winners of one. We won't aim too high.
"He'll be entered in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham. He'd appreciate a bit of better ground."
