Miss Jabeam bounced back to form to claim the six-furlong handicap at the Curragh this afternoon.
Aidan Howard 's charge had been last of 12 on her most recent appearance at the track in May. Following a little break she left that form well behind.
Billy Lee held his mount up on the stand's side before producing her to challenge inside the final furlong. The 16/1 shot got her head in front in the closing stages to record a three-parts-of-a-length win. Noirvento just edged the runner-up spot from Sabrina Fairchild
“She did it very well,” said Howard.
“I wasn't expecting her to be fit enough as I gave her a little bit of time off after the last day.
“Billy said she travelled great and she handled the ground.”
