Irish Lass recorded her third win when benefitting from a patient ride by Ruby Walsh to take the INH Stallion Owners EBF Rated Novice Hurdle at Thurles.
The daughter of Getaway won a Tramore bumper on debut last year, and opened her account over hurdles in a Limerick maiden this summer.
The 5/2 joint favourite was held up in this five-runner 2m7f event, and made gradual progress in the straight to head Ozzie’s Way before the final flight.
The Willie Mullins-trained mare was quickly in command and came home an easy three lengths clear.
Fellow joint favourite Ozzie’s Way kept on to take the runner-up spot, with Cappacon a further six lengths away in third.
