Miss Power will try to secure a fourth win in her last five outings as she lines up in the 25,000 euro Parliament Finance Irish EBF (F) Handicap, the feature event on a seven-race Flat card at Naas today.
Eddie Lynam 's charge has been ridden in all of her five career starts by jockey Robbie Downey and while the pair have yet to win at this six-furlong trip, the speedster might be capable of defying her latest 6lb rise for winning at Down Royal last month.
Opposing Miss Power are recent winners Little Clarinet and Dandys Gold while Aidan O'Brien's busy Music Box and Mark Fahey's consistent Oneoveryou are others with claims.
The opening Caoga.com Irish EBF Maiden sees Aidan O'Brien introduce last September's $750,000 purchase Seahenge The son of Scat Daddy is a half-brother to two American winners and while sure to win races in time, should improve for this debut run.
Michael Halford 's Yulong Warrior has shown solid ability to finish second in his two maiden runs to date, while Ger Lyons' My Mystique showed plenty of promise when third on debut at Fairyhouse last month.
Kieren Cotter 's Polly Douglas has solid claims of attaining a hat-trick of wins in the J F Dunne Bus & Coach Insurance App Handicap, while Jim Bolger's Strike For Freedom can win the J F Dunne Insurances Since 1977 Race having shown smart ability to win on debut at Leopardstown last month.
