"She's unbelievably ultra consistent and tough," enthused Jim Bolger's representative, Ger Flynn, after Ringside Humour scored in the Dundalk Stadium Light Up Your Night Race.
The Coolcullen representative in the previous heat, Maincin was short-headed by Park Row but here Kevin Manning's mount was on the right side of a tight finish, Ringside Humour getting the better of Elusive Heights by near on the minimum margin.
Elusive Heights travelled well but he couldn't quite get the job done and he was a length and three parts ahead of the third home, Mulligatawny Ol' Man River was fourth on his return for Joseph O'Brien. His father Aidan's favourite, Bravery finished a well held fifth.
"I think that's her 17th start this year and she's won up here before. She's just game and gutsy and doesn't know how to run a bad race," added Flynn.
"She was seventh in a Group 3 last time and has been placed in two premier handicaps."
