Hope leads home Fahey 1-2
Co Kildare trainer Jarlath Fahey registered a 1-2 in the Irish Blue Cross Handicap at Leopardstown today, when his Kardyls Hope defeated her stablemate Balladiene
Kardyls Hope, under Danny Mullins held the challenge of Balladiene, and Ronan Whelan, to win by a length while a delighted Fahey later joked “there's safety in numbers but its a devil to be beaten by one of your own!”
He added “I fancied Balladiene more but will go home happy – Danny (Mullins) gave Kardlys Hope a lovely ride.”
