Nobody Home bagged the sixth win of his career at the grand old age of 13 when claiming the oneills.com Handicap Chase at Fairyhouse.
The Eddie Cawley trained gelding went to post an easy-to-back 22/1 shot but was produced to lead going to the second last, in the three-miler, by Phillip Enright.
He stuck on well in the closing stages to post a length success over Clonmeen
“I was giving out to myself watching him going around that I didn't put cheekpieces on him today,” said Cawley.
“I thought he wasn't grabbing the bridle for Phillip but he said every time he saw a fence he went down to it.
“After that run I'll have to run him again somewhere. Everyday you go racing with the likes of him you are saying that this is probably his last run.
“I said to Phillip going out today that I'd be happy if he was placed. He's a very consistent horse, that's his sixth win and he's been placed 10 times.
“He's a good genuine horse and he keeps covering the diesel money!”
