Hayes at his best
Chris Hayes was at his best after holding off Lus Na Hoiche under Gary Carroll to land the Rocklands Service Station Handicap aboard the Gerry Keane trained Monahullan Prince at odds of 6/1.
Hayes raced the Pyramus gelding in mid-division, improved travelling well to lead from 3f out, joined approaching straight but kept on well to hold Lus Na Hoiche by a head.
Winning trainer Gerry Keane was not present.
