The Jessica Harrington trained Billy's Hope justified 9/10 favouritism when landing the Coral.ie Bet E5 Get E20 In Free Bets Mares Maiden Hurdle at Limerick today.
Winning jockey Robbie Power went clear of her rivals from the second last and in the end scored a six and a half lengths win over West Bridge
Harrington wasn't present at the meeting and afterwards Power stated “I said to the lads who own her that she'd be a better mare on better ground and she would even want better ground again — it's a bit dead for her.
“The drop in class and the better ground were the key today.”
