Harmony lands odds in mares maiden
Glens Harmony leads away from the last as Tara Dylan blunders

Willie Mullins has been keeping his powder dry with not too many runners in the past few weeks, and the champion trainer struck with his only runner at Thurles as Glens Harmony landed the odds in the Thurles Mares Maiden Hurdle.
The well-supported 4/9 shot made virtually all under Ruby Walsh, and kept on well in the straight to beat Tara Dylan by four and three quarter lengths.
The margin would have been less but for the runner-up blundering at the last and David Mullins did really well to keep the partnership intact.
Flamingo’s Court was a further three and a quarter lengths away in third.
Mullins said, "She has been very promising in bumpers and we were hoping that she would transfer that ability to hurdle races and she looks to have. The second horse (Tara Dylan) was a good flat horse and I'd be happy enough with our mare to have as little experience of racing and to come up against the likes of that, and beat them.
"It looks good and she can only improve from that and we'll keep her to the mares' novice route. She was very green and it's hard to make your own running the first day and she made one or two mistakes but there lot's of improvement in her and I'm looking forward to her in the novice mares' ranks."
