Hardline "keeps doing it"
Hardline and Davy Russell comes to claim Impact Factor and Robbie Power

After bringing up the 100 at Fairyhouse yesterday, clear championship leader Davy Russell supplemented those gains on Hardline in the Grade 2 Paddy Power Onside App Novice Hurdle at Naas.
This was a commendable effort on the part of the Arcadio gelding as he conceded weight to all seven rivals. Impact Factor wouldn't go down without a fight, but the hooded Hardline edged out the front-runner by half a length. Speak Easy stayed on for third, two and three parts of a length back.
Gordon Elliott trains Hardline, and he was also responsible for Cartwright (4th) and Defi Bleu (last).
"He's grand and consistent. He keeps doing it and he's a bit like Mitchouka yesterday," said Elliott on the Gigginstown House Stud-owned victor.
"He battled better than I thought he would. He was giving everything weight so that was a nice performance.
"We'll look for something in Fairyhouse. I'd say we'll keep him at home."
