Guineas next for impressive Keredari
The Irish 2,000 Guineas is next on the agenda for Keredari after he ran out an impressive winner of the Loughbrown Stakes on his return to action at the Curragh.
Fran Berry made all on the Aga Khan colt and he skipped clear from his rivals over a furlong from home in the Listed contest to post a cosy four-length success over Jamaayel
"He won well. He was working well and was due to run at Leopardstown two weeks ago but his scope just wasn't 100 per cent," said trainer John Oxx.
"He's a decent enough horse and if I have anything to shake them up as a three-year-old this year he's the one.
"He'll run in the Irish Guineas here next. He done enough in sticky ground today and wouldn't run again before that.
"He's adaptable ground wise. He handles a cut but also won his maiden on good to firm."
