Glenturn Causes Shock
Half-an-hour after Moskova had scored for Paul Nolan, his former inmate, Glenturn took the New Years Day at Fairyhouse Handicap Chase.
On his second start under Rules for John Lennon, the 14/1 shot scored by three lengths from Lady In The Mist to further advertise the skills of Andrew Thornton in the saddle.
The seven-year-old winning son of Taipan was sporting first-time cheek-pieces.
