Joanna Morgan who is enjoying a good season was in the winner’s enclosure this afternoon after her charge Funatfuntasia landed the Tote Jackpot Races 3 to 6 Handicap in the hands of Johnny Murtagh.

Winning trainer Morgan said afterwards: “He deserved that, he’s been very consistent and he’s creeping up the weights as he’s always knocking on the door.”

“Johnny gave him a peach as he’s not a simple horse to ride. He’s keen and when he gets to the front he thinks he has enough done he gave him a lovely ride.”

“He has to have fast ground, he loves the all weather. He just wants fast fast ground and that’s as slow as he probably want it out there today.”
