Fun at Ballinrobe
The Willie Mullins trained Bundle Of Fun won the opening Tote Placepot Races 1 To 6 Maiden Hurdle at Ballinrobe today, scoring comfortably under Champion Jockey Paul Townend.
The son of Topanoora, having his second start for Mullins, moved to the front before the final flight before staying on well to defeat Russian Regent
Mullins was not present but his Travelling Head Lad Gary Davies did report “Bundle Of Fun ran a cracker at Roscommon last time out although two miles there was a little on the short side for him.”
“Today’s ground is a little bit dead but the extra half mile helped.”
